2. Delivery Scope & Timeframes

• Order Acceptance Hours: From 07:00 AM to 09:30 PM, 7 days a week.
• Coverage Area: Doorstep delivery across Ho Chi Minh City (priority given to District 12, Go Vap District, and adjacent areas).
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Inner city (radius under 5 km): 20 – 35 minutes.
  • Radius from 5 km to 10 km: 35 – 55 minutes.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the actual distance from our store (QTSC Building 1, Quang Trung, Trung My Tay, Ho Chi Minh City) to the recipient’s address.

4. Packaging & Preservation Standards

• Beverages: Securely sealed with anti-spill tamper-evident tape and delivered in insulated bags (or with gel ice packs for cold drinks).
• Fresh Pastries & Cakes: Packed in specialized rigid cardboard boxes with protective shock-absorption padding to prevent shifting or melting during transit.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers have the right to visually inspect the package (checking bag quantity, box condition, and correct items) before making payment to the driver.
